"The journey itself was all fine - thank you. My only criticism would be about the communications from you. Twice you mentioned a fare of £25 - but I had already paid £32 plus £1.50. I wasn't sure if I would be asked to pay this £25 by the driver [I wasn't] - but why £25??
Also you told me the car would be a gold coloured Toyota and gave me the reg no, but what turned up was a black one with a diff reg.
That's quite confusing, and I was relieved when all turned out OK."
